Paul Pogba Writes Passionate Tweet – Addresses Racism

Paul Pogba

Paul Labile Pogba, French professional footballer and midfielder for European Club, Manchester United took to Twitter today to dish out his two cents against the age old canker, racism.

Haven been subjected to racist abuse on social media this past week, Pogba had this to say to racists…

“My ancestors and my parents suffered for my generation to be free today, to work, to take the bus, to play football”.

He tweeted this alongside a picture of him with his baby in his hands as he stood by a portrait of Martin Luther King and continued by saying,

“Racist insults are ignorance and can only make me stronger and motivate me to fight for the next generation”.

The picture and tweet both sent a powerful message, indicative that Paul Pogba is only motivated by such racist abuses thrown at him to create a better world for his next generation (his child).
